LEGAL NOTICE

[Proodle AB] ("Proodle"), is the owner of this website (“the Website”) and, unless otherwise indicated, of all contents contained herein.
By accessing and using the Website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please note that Proodle may at any time and at its own sole discretion change the below terms and conditions. Proodle therefore recommends you to review them regularly.
These terms and conditions were last changed on 2008-03-18.
If any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or void, the validity and the enforceability of the remaining terms shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby.

Use
The contents of the Website may be used for personal information purposes only. This means that all users may view, copy, print and distribute the contents of the Website, provided that it is not for purposes of licensing, selling or commercializing of the contents as such and provided always that reference is made to Proodle in connection with distribution of documents and that all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the contents are retained.
Except as described under the heading “Add Products and Services”, the users may not modify the contents of the Website, without the prior written consent from Proodle.

Trademarks and Copyright
The trademarks, brands, logotypes, texts and images that appear on the Website are, unless otherwise indicated, the property of Proodle or the indicated company and may be protected under Intellectual Property Rights laws.
All use of trademarks, brands, logotypes, texts and images is prohibited, unless explicitly permitted according to these terms and conditions. Unauthorized use or distribution of any content of the Website may be subject to civil as well as criminal sanctions under applicable laws.

Editing Company Information
As described under the heading “Add Products and Services”, members can apply for authorization to edit its own company information and the search terms governing the displayed products and services. The editing company has the entire liability for all modifications and additional content that is provided in connection with such edition, including but not limited to logotypes, trademarks, texts, images and search terms (“Additional Content”).

The editing company grants Proodle the right to display, amend and otherwise dispose of the Additional Content as required in order to display the Additional content on the Website. The editing company warrants that it has the right to grant Proodle the rights to dispose of the Additional Content and shall indemnify Proodle from all costs related to third party claims regarding Proodle’s disposal of the Additional Content, including but not limited to costs related to infringement of intellectual property rights, unauthorised use of trade secrets and/or breaches of the Swedish Marketing Practices Act.

Advertisements
As described under the heading “Advertise”, Proodle’s users may order different advertising packages. The advertisements contained in these packages will be displayed and made searchable on the Website within five days from the completion of the order form. The advertisements are displayed on the Website during 12 months from the first day of exposure, unless removed by Proodle prematurely as described below.
The advertisements shall be paid by the advertiser against invoice from Proodle. All payments shall be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. Proodle is entitled to charge interest on overdue payment. If the invoice is not paid within the given time limit, Proodle has the right to exclude the advertisement from the Website and charge the advertiser for the time period during which the advertisement was displayed.
All advertisements must be compatible with applicable legislation and may not include any content that may be deemed offensive. The advertiser has the entire liability for the content of the advertisements. The advertiser grants Proodle the right to display, amend and otherwise dispose of the advertisements as required in order to display the advertisements on the Website. The advertiser warrants that it has the right to grant the rights to dispose of the advertisements and shall indemnify Proodle from all costs related to claims regarding the display of the advertisements.
Proodle reserves the right to refuse the publishing and to remove advertisements from the Website, should Proodle consider the advertisement to be in conflict with applicable legislation or with these terms and conditions. If an advertisement is refused or removed by Proodle in accordance with this paragraph, the advertiser is entitled to publish a new advertisement with content that has been accepted by Proodle.

Information Policy and limitation of liability.
Information on the Website is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. Proodle does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information on the Website. Changes may at any time and without notice be made to the information and will be incorporated in new editions of the Website.
Proodle shall in no event be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the Website or its content whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Other sites
The Website may contain links to websites owned by third parties. However, such linking is for the convenience of the users and Proodle assumes no responsibility for the contents, information accuracy or privacy compliance of the websites concerned.

Privacy policy
Proodle respects the privacy of individuals and does not process any personal data unless it has been provided to Proodle voluntarily by the individual concerned. The only information that Proodle collects and stores automatically during normal website usage is typical web server log data. Such data does not reveal the identity of the user or any other information of a personal nature. Proodle uses web server log data to generate statistics and measure the activity of the Website for the benefit of the users. Proodle may share such data with third parties for analysis, or in order for Proodle to provide and improve the Website and Proodle’s services.

By providing personal data to Proodle you hereby consent to the processing of these data by Proodle and its affiliated companies in accordance with these terms and conditions. The provided personal data is used to administer the services provided by Proodle. Provided data may be given to third parties in order to respond to an enquiry. Personal data will otherwise only be used to follow up sales and product development.

Proodle is the controller of all personal data provided to Proodle through this Website. Proodle is liable to ensure that the collection and processing of your personal data complies with the [Swedish] Data Protection Act. Subject to your written request, Proodle will free of charge provide you with information once per year whether your personal data is processed or not. If such data is processed, written information will also be provided about (a) which information that is processed, (b) where this information has been collected, (c) the purpose of the processing, and (d) to which recipients or categories of recipients the information is disclosed.

Subject to your written request, Proodle shall immediately rectify, block or erase any personal data that has not been processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act or regulations that have been made under the Act.

Legislation and applicable law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with [Swedish law].

The place of arbitration shall be Stockholm.
